HUMBLE

 ATTRACTION CONSOLE QUILT STONE
 

I felt instant ATTRACTION when I found this batik mask panel, so I built my QUILT around it.

The circles change into a shape that feels HUMBLE to me and I used lots of golds to symbolize CONSOLE. Water is also a consoling sound and the STONES in the stream are fossils I found in a creek when I was young.

The quilt is machinepieced, handappliqued, handquilted, beaded, embroidered and stamped with ink.
